Creative Writing Camp

The students will tour the Boyhood Home, uncover artifacts and treasures that will inspire extraordinary ideas, and turn these ideas into fascinating stories. They will earn Melon money and win prizes all while becoming a young Hoosier author. The fee is $75 per student for the three days. Camp is best for grades 2-6.

The 18th Annual David Borgmann Memorial Golf Outing will take place this year on July 17th at Hawk’s Tail Golf Club in Greenfield. Lunch, registration, and complimentary range balls available starting at 11:30 a.m. with a 1:00 p.m. shotgun start. Entry fee is still only $75 per player. Hancock4Kids Positive Parenting Classes

Positive Parenting classes are provided free to the community. The class focuses on the more “stressful” times in parenting; newborn crying, tantrums, social and emotional development, typical development in the birth through 2 age group, positive discipline, and parent self care. McCordsville Path to Fitness 5K

Now in its sixth year, this annual event is the fundraiser for the Building a Brighter McCordsville Fund, hosted by the Hancock County Community Foundation. The run/walk features a 5K and one mile fun walk. The start and finish lines are at the Hancock Wellness/Medical Office Building parking lot.
